The areas

We work the stretch from Torremolinos to Estepona — roughly seventy kilometres of coast where most international buying on the Costa del Sol happens. These towns are not interchangeable. Prices, buyers, and daily life differ more than the brochures suggest.

Torremolinos

The first coastal town south of Malaga airport, just minutes away. Prices still sit below the coast's average, and the rental market is the strongest on this stretch.

Benalmádena

Marina, hillside views, and a very mixed housing stock — from 1960s blocks to new builds. Choosing well here matters more than anywhere.

Fuengirola

The most walkable town on the coast, with a train to Málaga and the busiest new-build pipeline right now — Higuerón alone has several active projects.

Marbella

The name carries a premium. Value sits in the districts around the centre, not on the Golden Mile.
