Once Costa Meridian Properties S.L. is incorporated in Spain, the role of controller will transfer to the Spanish company and this policy will be updated accordingly.

What we collect

We collect only the personal data you provide to us through our contact forms or by contacting us directly by email or WhatsApp: name, email, phone (optional), country of residence, budget range, timeline, cash share, the content of your enquiry, and technical information collected automatically by cookies you have consented to (see Cookie Policy).

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), pre-contractual measures at your request).
• To send occasional market updates, if you have explicitly consented (Article 6(1)(a)).
• To share your details with vetted partners relevant to your property search, if you have explicitly consented (Article 6(1)(a)).
• To measure advertising and website performance, using cookies you have consented to (Article 6(1)(a)).

Who sees it

Costa Meridian personnel handling your enquiry, our IT and hosting providers (Hostinger, EU), our email delivery provider, and where you have consented, our advertising and analytics providers (Meta Platforms, Google). We do not sell your data.

International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards (Meta and Google in particular). Details on request.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from your last contact with us unless you request earlier deletion or unless we enter into a commercial relationship, in which case standard retention rules apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to withdraw any consent at any time. Contact info@costameridian.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority, or in Finland with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
